    What is EA?

We are a Wisconsin-based membership organization for professionals who want to advance their career but so much more than an executive development training program.

At Executive Agenda, we’re structured around the simple concept of putting inquisitive, non-competing professional peers together in confidential settings and letting them learn from each other. Then, to top it off, we add the leadership and mentoring of a seasoned Group Chair or Executive Mentor.

There you have it. That’s our recipe for an unparalleled, real-time, pragmatic, professional development program.

We’re focused on shaping members into confident leaders, critical thinkers and problem solvers. And we care about generating unique corporate and personal value for the leader you want to be, the leader you know you are.

Comfort does not come from knowing the answers. It comes from knowing you can understand the issues and figure out the answers. EA provides a platform where business leaders can help each other learn, as well as develop and improve their performance within their specific organizations and circumstances. And it works.

EA currently has over 500 members in 43 different groups throughout Wisconsin. The groups are composed of 12-16 diversified executive professionals, and each group is led by an experienced business mentor, otherwise known as the Group Chair.

This formula provides unparalleled, real-time, pragmatic learning capable of generating unique corporate and personal value. Research shows that businesses whose leaders participate in peer-learning programs like EA consistently outperform their competition.
